Singing with Seniors at Sandhya Suraksha

It was a leap in joy, when SIB members danced, sang, conversed and celebrated with 91 destitute seniors at Sandhya Suraksha, a Home for Helpless Elderly Women, on December 7, 2023. One member said with moist eyes that it had been a “heart-warming evening and the memories would be cherished forever”.

As Sandhya Suraksha had requested, SIB provided pedestal fans, a ladder and individual kits comprising wellness products for each inmate, in partnership with Himalaya Wellness.

Menaka, our member, also taught many of the inmates to make tassels.
