Live action and collective expressions through fluid movements help the young and old beyond boundaries to reach out and communicate..... This interesting concept of theatre by SI members, mainly Sujata Balaksrishnan, motivated students, elders, women and differently-abled to contact and connect with each other extensively through theatre.


"Sensitisation makes every spectator a 'Spectactor',” said Sujata Balakrishnan, the theatre activist, teacher and counsellor, who has flagged off the amazing efforts to catalyse change through theatre.


Theatre is creating real change at apartment complexes and institutes such as Saheli, ACTS Nirmala Vidhyalaya and Parikrma School. Issues as diverse as domestic violence, ageism and environment are debated and defused.
