A permanent Vocational Training Centre

August, 2019:

The swirling autumn breezes of August ushered in an extraordinary month of Independence forSIB. It opened its first vocational training centre at J.P.Nagar, near Dalmiya circle, kindly offered by member Sudha Manandi.

After some initial classes, there are plans to shift to a larger training centre in HSR Layout. Tailoring, soap-making, candle-making and other skills, by SIB members as well as social volunteers, will be offered to train women, so that they can be empowered and take their livesforward.
